GROUP CLASSES
Our Group class is a 60-minute session offered multiple times per day. It includes barbell work, conditioning, gymnastics skills and everything in between. This class utilizes a healthy mix of weighted resistance, bodyweight training, and basic conditioning like running, rowing, biking, and jumping rope. Regardless of goals, group class is for anyone and everyone. The group will enhance the other aspects of your life, from work to play!

SWEAT CLASS
Get CRAZY fit with our 45-minute, fast-paced group class combining interval-based workouts and resistance training. No two classes are alike. This class is geared towards general fitness and basic strength training, so you won’t find any intimidating heavyweights here!!!

WEIGHT LIFTING
Barbells can be INTIMIDATING.
BUT- our professional coaching staff will help remove the mystique from this age-old weight training implement by breaking down the movements of the two main barbell disciplines: Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting. Whether you are looking to perfect your form or increase your strength this class is for all ability levels!

Ages 10-13:
This 45-minute class is offered twice a week and can easily fit into your family's busy schedule. Whether you’re looking to up your performance for a specific sport or just looking for a fun active program, this is for all levels and abilities!

This 40-minute class is a fun combination of workouts, games, and mobility! It is offered once a week and is run by our highly knowledgeable coach that has specific training with children. One
